Comments: Biopharmaceuticals Group sales were $23.5 billion in the quarter, up 107%, driven by vaccine sales of $13.9 billion, up from $2.0 billion in 2Q20. Oncology sales were $3.2 billion, up 7% in the quarter. Internal Medicine sales were down 3% to $2.2 billion. Hospital sales were $1.9 billion in the quarter, up 1%. Inflammation & Immunology sales were down 3% to $1.2 billion. Rare Disease sales were $950 million, up 10%. Pfizer CentreOne revenues were $382 million, up 24%, reflecting growth from manufacturing of legacy Upjohn products for Viatris and certain Comirnaty-related manufacturing activities performed on behalf of BioNTech. 
 
Comirnaty contributed $12.5 billion in direct sales and alliance revenues in the quarter, and and $36.8 billion for the year. Eliquis sales were up 19% in the quarter. Biosimilars grew 30% operationally to $680 million, driven by recent oncology monoclonal antibody biosimilar launches of Ruxience (rituximab), Zirabev (bevacizumab) and Trazimera (trastuzumab), as well as growth from Retacrit (epoetin). Vyndaqel/Vyndamax sales were up 34% operationally. Paxlovid contributed $76 million in U.S. sales after FDA EUA in late-December 2021. Xeljanz sales were up 4%.
 
Prevnar family sales were down 25% operationally. Chantix continues to be negatively impacted by the ongoing global pause in shipments due to the presence of N-nitroso-varenicline above an acceptable level of intake set by various global regulators. Ibrance in the U.S., down 7%. Sutent sales were down 32% due to loss of exclusivity. Premarin sales in the U.S. were down 31%. R&D expenses were $5.9 billion in the quarter, up 76%.
